RIDER EXPERIENCE:

All travelers who will be riding on this tour MUST submit a DETAILED description of their riding experience and history at the time of their deposit. A minimum standard of proficiency is required.

All riders who participate in the cross country training and, or foxhunting portions of our tours, must be comfortable cantering over uneven ground in a group, and be reasonably fit to ride out for 2-3 hours at a time.

Kristin Conley and Jump Ireland do not recommend the cross country training and foxhunting portion of this tour for the beginning or novice rider. But we would happy to arrange trail rides or trekking for the beginner or novice rider with prior notice.

BEGINNER:

A rider who has limited experience, is unable to post the trot and does not canter

NOVICE:

A rider who is capable of mounting and dismounting unassisted, capable of applying basic aids, comfortable and in control at the walk, moderate length posting trots, and short canters.

INTERMEDIATE:

A rider, who has a firm seat, is confident and in control at all paces (including posting trots, two point canters and gallops), but does not ride regularly.

STRONG INTERMEDIATE:

An intermediate rider who is currently riding regularly and is comfortable in the saddle for at least 6 hours per day.

ADVANCED:

All of the above, plus an independent seat, soft hands, and capable of handling a spirited horse in open country.

CANCELLATION CHARGES:

45 Days and Prior $500 Per Person
28 Days to 8 Days 35% of Total Price
7 Days to 2 Days 50% of Total Price
1 Day or later 100% of Total Price

In the event that a tour is canceled, Kristin Conley and Jump Ireland will have no responsibility beyond the full refund of all monies paid by the passengers and received by Kristin Conley and Jump Ireland.

NO REFUNDS OR ADJUSTMENTS WILL BE MADE FOR PORTIONS OF THE TRIP OR SERVICES NOT USED.

BOOKING AND PAYMENT:

To make a booking and reserve your place, you must make a nonrefundable deposit in the amount of $500 per person. The deposit becomes part of your final payment that must be received by us NO LATER THAN TWENTY-EIGHT DAYS (28) DAYS BEFORE TRAVEL COMMENCES!

BAGGAGE:

Each person is entitled to ONE (1) piece of hard checked luggage, and one piece of carry on, like a garment bag. Space is limited so please pack carefully. It is the passenger's responsibility to check with the airline as to the total weight allowed on the flight. Jump Ireland will make every reasonable attempt to accommodate each passenger's luggage. Extra items, such as saddles or other large bags, MUST be handled by prior arrangement with us.

YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO MAKE YOUR OWN ARRANGEMENTS AT YOUR EXPENSE TO TRANSPORT ANY EXTRA BAGS IF YOU FAIL TO MAKE PRIOR ARRANGEMENTS!

TRAVEL INSURANCE:

Travel Insurance is not  included in the cost of your tour. We strongly recommend that you obtain travel insurance. 

MEDICAL PROBLEMS AND EMERGENCIES:

You MUST have copies of all medical information on file with us at the time you make your final payment. We must be made aware of any preexisting problems or conditions, and we reserve the right to refuse travel or participation in any or all activities for any reason.

CUSTOMS AND IMMIGRATION:

It is you're responsibility to provide all proper information, such as a valid passport and required visas.

CHILDREN:

Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult

OUR RESPONSIBILITY TO YOU:

Many people and companies are involved in the planning and provision of your tour. We do not own or operate the hotels or transport services provided by independent contractors. Therefore, we cannot accept, and we expressly exclude, all and any liability for the actions and omissions of those involved in your tour arrangements over whom we have no direct control and who are not employed by us. We will, however, give good faith assistance to help resolve any disputes you may have with such persons. In return, you agree that Kristin Conley and Jump Ireland will have no liability for inconvenience, injury, damage or loss due to delay, changes in schedules or itineraries or other cases beyond our control. Your travel insurance may cover you in certain circumstances.

It is expected by us that all participants of our tours will conduct themselves in a reasonable manor. Jump Ireland and Kristin Conley reserve the right, for any reason, to request the non complying persons or persons to leave the group at their own expense. NO REFUND WILL BE MADE FOR ANY PORTION OF AN UNUSED TOUR.

CONDITIONS OF CARRIAGE:

We do not accept liability for any alteration, delay or cancellation caused by war, riot or civil strife, terrorist activity, industrial disputes, natural disaster, fire, sickness, weather conditions, acts of any airport, governmental or public authority, technical problems to transport, airport regulations, temporary technical, mechanical or electrical breakdown within your accommodation, explosion of any nuclear plant or part thereof or radioactivity/contamination, arising from such plant or other circumstances and/or Acts of God.

WHAT'S NOT INCLUDED IN YOUR PRICE:

Passport and visa fees, laundry, phone calls, beverages, lunches and meals not detailed in the itinerary, * tips to tour guides, trainers, any items of a personal nature etc... Please ensure that any personal costs (e.g., bar and laundry bills) are settled before departure.
